Terms of use

1. Business use only

The platform is for business-to-business purchases by establishments and companies. Every account is reviewed and may be approved, suspended or closed at our discretion.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate company, CR and VAT details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your login and must keep your password confidential.

3. Prices and quotes

The website does not show selling prices. A price is set only in a formal quote issued through your company account, which alone is binding for its validity period.

4. Quotes

A quote is valid until the date shown on it. Prices are per metric ton in the currency stated. For supplies within the Kingdom, VAT at 15% is added; exports may be zero-rated. SAR equivalents use the exchange rate shown on the quote.

There is no fixed minimum order. Prices and lead times for small quantities may differ, as stated in the formal quote.

5. Orders

Accepting a quote on the platform creates a confirmed order on the quote's terms. Changes or cancellations require our written agreement.

6. Delivery

Delivery follows the delivery term on the quote (for example, ex-works Riyadh or delivered to your city). Delivered quantity may vary by ±5% and reel width by ±5 mm; you will be invoiced for the quantity actually delivered.

7. Payment

Payment is due according to the payment term on the quote. We may suspend orders or credit on overdue accounts.

8. Invoices

Tax invoices are issued electronically in accordance with ZATCA requirements.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here, with its date, applies from publication.
